| The Rangers are enjoying a game of basketball in the park. | Meanwhile on the balcony of the Moon Palace, Rita is fast asleep. | |

| Squatt and Baboo see this as the perfect time to prove themselves to Rita by creating their own monster. | They create a unique turtle monster with a traffic light on its head, which they name Shellshock. | |
 |
 |
|
| Zack shows off his skills on the court. | The game is interupted by an attack from the Putties. | |
 |
 |
|
| Baboo and Squatt plot their next move against the Power Rangers. | The Rangers defeat the Putties only for Bulk and Skull to show up looking for trouble. | |
 |
 |
|
| This only gets them tripping into a nearby food cart and make a big mess. | Shortly, Baboo, Squatt, and Shellshock confront the Rangers. | |
 |
 |
|
| Shellshock hits the Yellow Ranger with his go beam, forcing her to be unable to stop moving. | He then uses his stop beam to freeze Billy, Zack, and Kimberly, but Jason teleports them to the Command Center. | |
 |
 |
|
| When Rita wakes up, she is pleased to find out that the two's plans are actually going so well. | Meanwhile back at the Command Center, Jason wonders if there's a way to unfreeze the others. | |
 |
 |
|
| Zordon informs him that he's sent Trini to the Mountain of Hope to retrieve the Deandraflower, which should reverse it. | Meanwhile, Jason summons the Tyrannosaurus to combat a now giant Shellshock. | |
 |
 |
|
| Zordon attemps to contact Tommy, but he is too busy training to hear his communicator. | The Yellow Ranger uses the power of the Saber-toothed Tiger to retrieve the flower. | |
 |
 |
|
| Tommy finally hears his communicator and Zordon informs him of the situation. | The Green Ranger summons the Dragonzord and both Dinozords are frozen with Shellshock's stop beam. | |
 |
 |
|
| The Yellow Ranger shows up just in time to sprinkle the flower over Shellshock to break the spell. | The Tyrannosaurus and Dragonzord are both freed and use their attacks to destroy Shellshock. | |
 |
 |
|
| The other Rangers who are now free as well celebrate their victory over evil. | Rita is annoyed more than ever that Baboo and Squatt's plans have failed and big surprise - she has a headache. | |
 |
 |
|
| Later on the basketball court, Billy challenges Zack to a match. | Billy shows that he's got some morphinomenal skills of his own and pulls off a slam dunk. |
