The founder of the Goggle-V team and a leading doctor at the Future Science Laboratory. After discovering the threat posed by the Dark Science Empire Deathdark, he uses his knowledge, resources, and the Comboyputer to organize the Great Task Force Goggle-V.

Dr. Hongou plays a pivotal role in both the beginning and final chapters of the conflict, appearing in Episodes 1, 2, 49, and 50.

A junior support team composed of five children in blue tights who operate the Comboyputer to provide technical assistance to the Goggle-V team. Though young, they serve as an important link between the Future Science Laboratory and the Rangers during missions.

Each child is assigned to follow and support a specific Ranger, helping monitor field activity, relay information, and assist the team against Deathdark's attacks.
