Hiryuu Tsurugi

Hiryuu Tsurugi is a former officer of the Japanese Air Force from Kochi Prefecture and the passionate leader of the Changemen. He is brave, direct, and kind-hearted, though his determination can sometimes make him ignore the danger he places himself in while trying to complete a mission.

Before joining the Earth Defense Force, Hiryuu was a talented athlete and his high school's best baseball player until an accident forced him to leave the sport behind. That background still influences his fighting style, with some of his techniques borrowing the timing, power, and precision of a baseball player.

As Change Dragon, Hiryuu is skilled in airborne attacks, close-range combat, and long-range fighting. He is also a sharpshooter and an expert motorcycle driver, making him a versatile battlefield leader against the Great Star League Gozma.

His known attacks include Dragon Attack, Dragon Thunder, and Dragon Kick.
