The T-Rex Champion Zord resembles a Tyrannosaurus Rex and is the personal zord of Zayto the Dino Fury Red Ranger. It has shoulder-mounted drill weapons and laser guns. The T-Rex Champion Zord is able to shoot out an orange-colored laser beam from its mouth.

T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode
The T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode is the Battle Mode of the T-Rex Champion Zord. The Zord's Battle Mode is humanoid in appearance and is equipped with drill turrets on its shoulders and laser guns on its wrists. The T-Rex Champion Zord's primary attacks include the T-Rex Barrage (rapid-fire laser blasts launched from the Zord's wrist blasters) and the Tail Lash (where the Zord attaches its tail to its left forearm and uses it as a whip).

Dino Fury Megazord
The Dino Fury Megazord combines the T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode with the Tricera Blade Zord, Ankylo Hammer Zord, and the T-Rex Dino Key. The Megazord can swap its weapon parts to equip its blade and both drills on its legs for a slashing kick or the T-Rex Champion Zord's drills on its knees.
The Dino Fury Megazord's finisher is the Mega Slash, where it delivers a powerful energy slash from its arm blade.

Dino Fury Megazord Hammer Formation
The Dino Fury Megazord Hammer Formation is a reconfiguration of the three primary Zords. The Ankylo Hammer Zord provides armor for the Dino Fury Megazord with the Ankylo Dino Key forming the head. It wields a hammer mounted on its left arm formed from the Ankylo Hammer Zord's lower body and one of the T-Rex Champion Zord's drills and guns and utilizes brute force in combat.
Its finisher is the Mega Hammer Slam where it amplifies its hammer's size and smashes the Sporix Beast, defeating it instantly.

The Tricera Blade Zord resembles a mechanical Triceratops and is the personal zord of Ollie the Dino Fury Blue Ranger. It has a long blade in place of its nasal horn.

Dino Fury Megazord Blade Formation
The Dino Fury Megazord Blade Formation is a reconfiguration of the three primary Zords. The Tricera Blade Zord provides armor for the Dino Fury Megazord with the Tricera Dino Key forming the head. It retains its arm blade from its original formation and focuses its attacks more with it to fight off its opponents.
Its finisher is the Mega Slash where it charges the blades on its arm and chest with blue electricity and extend them to stab the Sporix Beast, defeating it. Another variation of this attack is the Double Mega Slash where it uses its electrified blades to stab two Sporix Beasts at once.

The Tiger Claw Zord resembles a Saber-Toothed Tiger and is the personal zord of Izzy the Dino Fury Green Ranger. It has a lance attached to its right side.

Dino Fury Megazord Claw Formation
The Dino Fury Megazord Claw Formation is the combination of the Dino Fury Megazord, Tiger Claw Zord, and the Tiger Dino Key. It wields the Tiger Claw Zord's lance as its weapon and moves quickly enough to overwhelm the very fast Brineblast. It also possesses a Jet Boost where the Tiger Claw Zord's rocket parts on its legs and forearms ignite, allowing it to race forward enough for Brineblast to be unable to hit it.
Its finisher is the Tiger Mega Slash where it charges green energy into its lance and jumps into the air slightly before performing a devastating diagonal slash from top left to bottom right that slices into the Sporix Beast and instantly defeats it.

The Stego Spike Zord resembles a Stegosaurus and is the personal zord of Javi the Dino Fury Black Ranger. It has needle-like spines on its back, which fire off like rockets to bombard its opponents.

Dino Fury Megazord Spike Formation
The Dino Fury Megazord Spike Formation is the combination of the Dino Fury Megazord, Stego Spike Zord, and the Stego Dino Key. It wields two maces formed from the Stego Spike Zord's legs as its weapons and possesses more than enough power to overwhelm Boomtower. It can also use its maces in a frontal push-out thrust manner to clobber its foes and place them together to form an indestructible shield. In terms of ranged attacks, it can fire a barrage of Mega Spikes from its armor strong enough to stop Boomtower from using his Boom Blast attack. It is also amazingly strong, picking Boomtower up over its head and throwing him several miles.
Its finisher is the Stego Mega Punches where it charges its maces and releases multiple purple energy bursts from them in frontal push-out thrusts, defeating the Sporix Beast instantly. This was strong enough to cripple Boomtower.

The Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Formation is the combined Megazord form of the T-Rex Champion Zord, Tricera Blade Zord, Ankylo Hammer Zord, Tiger Claw Zord, Stego Spike Zord, and the T-Rex Dino Key. It consists of the T-Rex Champion Zord's default Megazord formation, the front half of the Tricera Blade Zord & the right turret on the right shoulder, the front half of the Ankylo Hammer Zord with the left turret on the left shoulder, the Tiger Claw Zord's upper body, one of its shield plates, tail, & lance, the Stego Spike Zord's tail with the T-Rex Champion Zord's drills on each side, a shield formed from the Stego Spike Zord's left mace, back spines & the T-Rex Champion Zord's head, and the T-Rex Dino Key as the head after the Tricera, Ankylo, Tiger, and Stego Dino Keys merge with it.

The Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Blade Formation is an alternate combined form of the Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Formation. It consists of the T-Rex Champion Zord's default Megazord formation, the bottom half of the Tricera Blade Zord (with its front half and the T-Rex Champion Zord's right turret on its right arm) on the right shoulder, the front half of the Ankylo Hammer Zord on the left shoulder, both of the Tiger Claw Zord's shield plates & tail, the Stego Spike Zord's tail with the T-Rex Champion Zord's drills on each side, and the shield from its default Warrior Formation.

Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Spike Formation
The Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Spike Formation is an alternate combined form of the Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Formation. The tail is placed in the same position with the T-Rex Champion's drills as the Warrior Formation, the upper halves of the Ankylo Hammer and Tricera Blade Zords are on each forearm with the Champion Zord's turrets, the Tiger Claw Zord's tail is placed on the tail's base connector, and its shield plates are placed on each side of the leg.
Its attacks include a boomerang strike with the Tiger Claw Zord's tail and the Stego Drill attack (a violet tri-drill attack).
Its finisher is the Twin Dino Slash, where it manifests all of the Zords' energy before channeling them through the Tricera Blade Zord's blade, executing a quadruple-colored energy slash along with the Mosa Razor Zord Battle Mode at the Sporix Beast.
